General
How do I apply?+

You can apply online or via a PDF application form which can be requested at hello@miif.com.au.

What is the minimum investment amount?+

The minimum initial investment is AUD $5,000, and $500 thereafter.

What is the suggested investment timeline?+

A term of 5 years.

What is the initial application and top-up investment timeline?+

The Fund accepts applications on a monthly basis. If you would like to invest, we need to receive your application and transfer of funds no later than four (4) Sydney business days prior to the end of the month.

When will my new application be approved?+

APEX, our appointed Funds Administrator, takes three (3) Sydney business days to complete the relevant AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / KYC (Know Your Client) checks.

Upon completion and confirmation, you will receive SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) from APEX with account details for transferring funds, and your unique portfolio number.

When will I receive confirmation acknowledging my new investment / top-up investment into the Fund?+

All new investments are typically confirmed around the 16th business day of each month, following Sydney's business schedule.

Once investments are settled, you can view your individual holdings through your investor portal 24/7 (Register here).

When are monthly distributions paid to investors?+

If you have elected to receive monthly income distributions rather than reinvestment, funds will be transferred to your designated account as soon as practicable after the distribution calculation date (generally on or around the 16th of each month).

Should you choose to reinvest, the revised value of your investment will be detailed on your individual investor portal (Register here).

How do I view my current holdings in the Fund?+

You can access your holdings through your investor portal. To set up your investor portal for the first time, please register here.

Additional Investments
How do I make an additional investment?+

If you are an existing direct investor, please request an additional funds form via hello@miif.com.au.

Redemptions
How do I place a redemption request?+

If your investment was placed via a Financial Adviser through a platform, please contact your Adviser directly.

If you are a direct investor in the Fund, please email hello@miif.com.au for a redemption form.

Please Note: A redemption request must be submitted no later than 2pm on the last business day of the calendar month, for it to be paid in the following month. Terms and conditions and the redemption approval process are set out in the PDS.

When are redemptions paid to investors?+

Funds will typically be disbursed on or around the 16th of each month, provided the redemption form is completed by 2pm AEST on the last business day of the preceding calendar month.
